Not only is the service great, but they treat you like one of the family, with respect. They go out of their way to accommodate customers, and make sure my vehicle is fixed right the first time. Technician Paul Danieluk is an absolute genius! His working knowledge and attention to details of vehicles is simply amazing. The building and customer accommodations are awesome, buts its not about the building, its the people. I'm a car guy, and even if you're not, they will make sure you are happy. I make the trip to Columbia Ford because I want to , and I live 55 miles away!!! More

Quick but thorough service I was told it would be about an hour to change the oil and rotate the tires on my Edge but it turned out to be less than that.
