I was told it was something I was doing wrong because they couldn't make the vehicle do it. I decided to take a loss and picked a different vehicle since I didn't want to die pulling out into heavy traffic. This took 3 trips and numerous hours with different sales people and managers to get me a different vehicle. Once I decided on one, it was supposedly a demo with only 2000 miles. Although it didn't have floor mats, a spare tire inflator, and the manual and second key fob was MIA, it was sold to me as new. It has been nearly 3 months since the purchase and I still don't have that second key. They ordered it, but didn't check to see if it fit. After 2 more trips to the parts department, I still don't have a key. My one year free radio service is expiring after only 3 months and they gave me crappy plastic dealership floor mats for a vehicle that I paid over $20000 for instead of putting actual jeep mats in it. They make you deal with so many different people for one thing that they don't know if they are coming or going. They are extremely unprofessional and rush you to pick and buy, but then leave you sitting for hours while they fix up the paperwork. I like my new vehicle now, but I will definitely never purchase from this dealership in the future. They never follow up on issues. And just to be clear...that first vehicle that had the stalling issues...was placed back on the lot the next day for resale without being fixed. More
Horrible experience! Lies and dishonest actions! Had to deal with three different sales people and one manager. First salesperson didn't give a crap, second sales person came across as honest but pu Had to deal with three different sales people and one manager. First salesperson didn't give a crap, second sales person came across as honest but put me with another salesperson because he had family event to go to and third salesperson was young and was unaware that he was obviously being taught really bad habits. Then one of the many supposed managers took sent him to another customer and stepped in. This dealership DOES NOT CARE what you or anyone else thinks! They go from sale to sale and do whatever they have to to get the deal and do not care about the aftermath of negative reviews. Either the finance guy is a snake or the salesperson lied to me. The finance guy tried to slide a $1,895 extended warranty in our financing and we caught him at it. He said the salesperson told him to do it and the salesperson said he did not tell him to do it. He also tried to slide a $195 charge in the financing too and we caught him at that too. I complained to the customer service person and the dealer and managers would not respond to me. We found a loose thread in the driver seat and it needed to be replaced under warranty so they needed to take pictures and make a report for Chrysler. It was made clear that the thread was not to be cut. Before we left the dealership someone cut the thread in an attempt to hide it like it wasn't really there or to think we were stupid enough to think it was ok and fixed. They ended up having to replace the whole seat cover. This dealership operates on old style sales gimmicks and old style crooked ways of screwing the customer, at least in our experience. Do yourself a big favor and just go somewhere else. None of the dealerships are perfect but this is the worst. The girl that handles the customer service was nice and tried hard to make things right but it hardly helps after getting treated like you do before meeting her. The service team seemed to be good. I had no issues with them in the process of getting the seat fixed. More
Most dishonest dealer I've seen in 20+ years of car buying I'm 40 and over the past 20 years, I've purchased a vehicle from almost every car manufacturer. This dealer was the most dishonest I've ever seen. The I'm 40 and over the past 20 years, I've purchased a vehicle from almost every car manufacturer. This dealer was the most dishonest I've ever seen. They advertise a price online and then refused to honor that after we drove 2 hours to their dealership. At the bottom of the webpage, they have a disclaimer in the very tiny print--you need a magnifying glass to read it when printed. There it says they the price includes the maximum amount of rebates/incentives. No one ever qualifies for every single incentive. Other Chrysler dealerships do NOT have this type of fraudulent/scam advertising on their websites or that disclaimer. There's a reason why this dealership has an 18% rating on DealerRater.com. They apparently pull this scam quite often. Thinking about driving to Columbia from ANY where in Middle, TN? FORGET IT. RUN. SCAM. Columbia, here's your management quote of the day. Ready? You can't hire a "Customer Relations Manager" to fix on the backend what you break on the front of a deal. Worse yet, the sales rep, obviously at the request of management, also lied about why they needed my social security number and date of birth on a cash transaction. They claimed it was for the "DMV registration". Don't lie to me. If you want to run my credit to verify my identity because I'm paying cash, fine. But don't lie to me. You have the least liked, most distrusted job ever. Don't lie and make it worse. Want another tip? Don't finance with them. I overheard a conversation with another customer and Finance rep. The customer was trying to figure out why Columbia was charging them an higher percent interest rate than what he could get elsewhere. I'll tell you why. They pad the the interest rate and use it for profit! For example, they might tell you that you qualify for a %6 loan, when you qualified for a 4% and they are pocketing the extra 2%. This is called a markup and they are cheating you out of thousands. More

Sent me more pictures and video of the Jeep as requested and I purchased it for a very fair price. I was very happy how they treated me. I would purchase another vehicle from them. As you all know, anytime you buy anything you need to do your research on the vehicle, offer a price you want to pay and go from there. I am very happy with my Jeep and would recommend this dealership. More

I have always been devoted to Chrysler and their products, this is my first experience with this dealership, I regret I chose Columbia Chrysler Dodge as my repair facility. IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. I just moved here from out of town and took my 2014 Chrysler 200 in for an oil change. I explained to them I just moved and was looking for a dealer for my service work. Not only did they not charge me for the oil change, but they also cleaned my car for me. You just don't see this type of service anymore, or I never have being from Alabama. More
Lies about many things Hellcat list on their website 59k-60k. Called them. They said prices went up to 75k-85k and are completely sold out all over the country. Then said I Hellcat list on their website 59k-60k. Called them. They said prices went up to 75k-85k and are completely sold out all over the country. Then said I could order one from them.. First off dodge is not taking anymore orders for 2015! There are many hellcats on lots and listed price on website is false advertising. Don't go to this place they are scammers it seems. More
