Discovered after purchase - Rude, Liars, Terrible Short Version: This dealership seemed okay but after I purchased the car I found out that they had lied to me and after trying to get a manager to Short Version: This dealership seemed okay but after I purchased the car I found out that they had lied to me and after trying to get a manager to fix the issue I discovered how extremely rude and dishonest this dealership is. They will not support you after purchase, do not buy from this dealership! Howard the Finance Manager is extremely rude. I tried to for several weeks to get ahold of the Owner/General Manager Eddie Collier to get help and he refused to call me back - despite the fact I had just spent $25,000 buying a new Jeep from them. A Sales Manager that got on the phone told me in no uncertain terms that the Owner/GM would never call me back because he didn't care about my problem. In addition if you see positive online reviews for this dealer, be aware they bribe people to leave good reviews. Prior to purchase the dealership tried to get me to leave a positive review before even finishing my paperwork by offering me a free oil change. I never review anything until after I've had a chance to experience the product or service so I declined that offer. Detailed Version: I had secured financing from my credit union and had my car loan check in hand plus a personal check for a deposit. I was asked to fill out a credit application. When I asked why, the sales associate told me it was only to get my contact info. They assured me my credit was not going to be run. A few days later I discovered the dealer had run my credit with two of the three bureaus. I called to ask why and they told me it was their policy to do so for anyone who was paying for a deposit with a personal check. When I explained that I was told something completely different and if I had known that was the situation I would have brought cash or a cashier's check they didn't care. The Finance Manager Howard I spoke to was extremely rude and condescending. He did not apologize for the situation or apologize for his sales associate lying to me or being misinformed. I asked him to remove the credit inquiries (which is possible) but he didn't want to be bothered to spend the time. I tried to get ahold of the General Manager (who is the owner). He never called me back and after three weeks of calling and leaving messages. I called again and was punted off to a Sales Manager who was also very dismissive and told me basically they don't care and accused *me* of lying. He also told me the GM/Owner didn't care about dealing with my issue and would never call me back. My credit inquiry issue may not seem like a big deal, but I was blatantly lied to by this dealership and then when there was a simple resolution they were extremely rude to a paying customer. Hard credit inquiries impact your credit and having three additional inquiries in a short period dropped my credit score several points. As I'm in the process of securing a loan for home repairs from flood damage from Hurricane Irma that aren't covered by my flood insurance (I'm not currently able to live in my home) this is a big deal to me. I even explained this to them trying to get them to understand why this was an important issue to me and they did not care. I was shocked by my treatment by this dealership and the lack caring and overall callousness. I would never treat a customer that way especially for such a big ticket purchase. Avoid this dealer at all costs is my recommendation to you. More

Dealership is very deceptive in their practices This dealership is a complete fraud..they took two cars in on trade...said they financed the vehicle even transferred the title then said they need it This dealership is a complete fraud..they took two cars in on trade...said they financed the vehicle even transferred the title then said they need it back because the Chrysler capital didn't pay them for it..and now won't give back the trades or the cash..From other reviews the dealership has to be sued for there to be any form of resolution per state statue a dealership in Tennessee can not dispose of or sell a vehicle used as a trade until the deal is finalized..they don’t abide by this..A one star rating for everything is too good for those envolved in the ongoing problem along with all management who are rude disrespectful and can not be trusted More

Does not stand behind the cars they sale Case Description: I bought a used Jeep from them and start having issues with it 9days after I bought it Bought used jeep from this company in good f Case Description: I bought a used Jeep from them and start having issues with it 9days after I bought it Bought used jeep from this company in good faith but 9days after I had it check engine light came on I called them and they are not willing to fix it unless i bring it back to them but here is the problem I bought it from them and they knew I lived in GA 3.5 hours away but they don't want to pay for someone down here locally to fix it they want me to bring it to them but there not wanting to compensate me for time to drive it all the way back up there or my time out of work I think they should fix the problem cause I bought this vehicle in good faith that they would be a reputable company with the check engine light being on I can't get an Emissions test done on it to get the tag for it which they should be responsible for anyways cause they still haven't even gotten me the paper to get the tag or register it in my state so I have been forced to file a case with Chrysler a get a lawyer involved i think should pay to have it fixed down here or send truck to come get Jeep fix it and bring it back to me More
