Then, after driving away for 5 five minutes they call my wife and demand she return without an explanation as to why. When there, she was harassed into signing a new agreement with a higher interest charge and still no explanation of other charges. (I was in our other vehicle still headed home). She is very knowledgeable about Jeeps, and was able to fully explain all the many features and options that we were interested in and helped us pick the perfect Jeep for us. We chose a 2018 loaded JL Wrangler Unlimited Sport, and Peter the sales manager put together a super deal for us that was well within our budget and expectations. And even offered to install a certain accessory for me at no cost to us. Brittany took time to go over the manual and help us setup an electronic feature we were not familiar with on the new JL's. She also informed us about the online support website that was available to us as new Jeep owners. Funny how I had a computer issue with the alternator then my ABS light comes on and everything I read is that this is computer related. I trying to get it fixed without coming back to dealer. I can't handle the massive costs. The man who waited on me was great. Its not his fault. More
