This review is for both dealer ships. Cullman Dodge Chrysler Jeep and Columbia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat. Went in to get information on a vehicle that was on the web site at one of Cullman Dodge Chrysler Jeep and Columbia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat. Went in to get information on a vehicle that was on the web site at one of their partners dealership. I told the sales person that I want to get the pricing of the vehicle and to not do a credit check. He had me fill out paperwork about me while the sales manager was getting info on the vehicle. The sales manager comes out with a work up on the vehicle and asked if it was ok to run a credit check. I related that. I need to unlock my report. As I was doing this it showed that they had already ran my credit. I told them I didn’t appreciate being lied to about running my report. I reached out later that night and asked for the price out the door. I was given the price. Then the next day I was told that the vehicle was on hold but they would try to find me another one. After doing research all day myself and requesting information from the Columbia TN location. I called them and they stated they found one but it would cost 2000 more than what was agreed too because it didn’t have the same incentives I had a friend call the dealership in Columbia TN and ask about the vehicle in question and was sent an estimate. I let the dealership in Cullman know that. The the next day the Columbia dealership call me and told me they still had the vehicle. I told the salesperson that there is a hold on it. Not sure how you do business if your personnel don’t know what is available More

Buy at your own risk at this dealership. We have purchases several vehicles from here in the past but since it was sold, we will NEVER go back. The only reason we ordered and bought a new Charger thru them was because of Bradley. We could have gone any other dealership but Bradley has always been true to his word. I won't go into what happened after we purchased the Charger [we bought another vehicle and we going to buy a new truck] as it would be writing a book but we purchased an oil change pkg and have at least 1 left. My husband called to make an appointment and the line just stayed busy. He went online to chat that way and no return call or reply back. There are several incidents we had with this dealership but it would take me a very long time to write it all out. Anyway, be forewarned about them More

I figured the price to be approximately 155% of advertised price and interest rate to be 165% of what I was already approved for by my lender. On top of it all I could have paid cash ar msrp for both vehicles I test drove if I had wanted to but could not get a actual price from them. More
