They should call it the "No Service" department. I had an appointment at 10:AM. They decided not to look at my car until around 5 PM. I brought the car in the night before. When they got the part there was no communication that it was in and going to be repaired. The person assigned was very combative and said I should have known they care if people waiting first. Said that is how it is done at all dealerships. I contacted some. They all said no. An appointment is an appointment. I doubt I will ever be back and certainly not recommend to anyone. This is the second time I have had NO SERVICE from this dealership. More
