Finally!!! A service dept that seems to know their Stuff I had been dealing with another dealership with problems for about 5 months. It would take a few attempts to get the problems solved, and the last pro I had been dealing with another dealership with problems for about 5 months. It would take a few attempts to get the problems solved, and the last problem never was. Plus, each time I brought it in, I came away with more problems that weren't there before. They were terrible and made my New car buying experience a nightmare. I FINALLY decided to go to another dealership so I asked around. People were saying good things about Colonial-West, and it was the next closest, so I went. They fixed the problem in no time. I was SO NICe to deal with a competent, professional dealer's service department after the nightmare I had gone through for the last 5 months with a different dealership's service dept. I thought I had a lemon, but just had a bad dealership. I am happy with my 2013 Sonic again. Thank You Colonial-West. More

Above Par My wife recently went to dealership with my children, and a non functioning car. After feelings of uncertainty and disbelief, I called the dealership in frustration. I had the opportunity to speak with the customer relations mngr. All prepared to be brushed off by cr mgr. (as previously experienced at another dealer), I was surprised. I did not even get as far as good morning this is, before I started sharing my thoughts. Not only did the lady listen to my opinion of the situation. I spoke with the same person through out my service. I was asked for my families first names, and my main concern. My first concerned was resolved with in 5min.(my family was out the door until later that day when our car was finished. I got text messaged when our car was cleaned and finished. Thank you, you did not fix our car, you fixed our day. The second concern (really frustrating) is being told what is wrong and not understanding. She asked service and explained not to just myself. My wife as well by her first name. More

My car (Camaro SS2 Converti Colonial West Chevrolet gave me some of the best service I have ever received. They are always courteous and professional. My car (Camaro SS2 Convertible) is a sunny Sunday driver and is always covered and garaged at home 100% of the time. The service team has given me white glove service whenever I drop it off keeping indoors at all times during the service. This is such a big deal to me and very much appreciated!!! I have been a customer of colonial west for about 8 years now. I have purchased 3 vehicles (2 used and 1 new) from them and have had all of my service work done there.
