When we first went to Colonial, we were very impressed with the friendliness and price. We ended up working with Jamie Rodriguez toward getting a vehicle. He was very friendly. After the deal was done, however, he became less interested in things that required follow-up but which were part of the deal. There were a number of small things that he agreed to have taken care of during the time the sale was being made. When we came back to him to address those items with him, he acted in a belittling manner and said he had done enough for us. He also said we were being too picky. My wife and I were shocked. We addressed these issues with the General Manager (Mark), who was much more courteous and took care the agreed-upon parts of the deal right away. So -- in short I would not recommend Colonial only because of the way we were treated by Jamie. If we had worked with a different salesperson then maybe our experience would have been different. Well, upon accessing the situation, Adam said he'd get it taken care of and under warranty. I was looking around the worcester area for the best car dealership to deal with. I decided to go check out this dealer ship and meet Jamie Rodriguez. I could have not asked for anything more from Jamie bec dealership to deal with. I decided to go check out this dealer ship and meet Jamie Rodriguez. I could have not asked for anything more from Jamie because he dealt with me the way I could really only be dealt with. That way was by email and he put in a lot of hard work to get this deal done. I've had problems with other dealers because they don't seem to care about what your looking for cause they just want to make a sale. Jamie did everything in his power to make sure I did get the best deal and the best service I required. The way I deal with this is if i do not get a good vibe at a place I would never go to that place again. But I will continue to use Colonial VM because of the service that Jamie provided to me and not only was he a great guy to deal with but I feel he is now my friend and will help me when I have a problem. One thing that I do not is the best thing for VW is not against Jamie or the Dealership but Against VW. The guy that called me that worked for VM i believe he was calling for Oregon because of the area code is the time that they call. When I get a phone call late at night I do not want to be on the phone talking about grades for the guy that helped me out with the car and the dealership. I just want to get off the phone and relax because i just got home from work. I think that the company should think about how they do call me and what time is the best time. All and All Jamie was the best person i have ever dealt with in buying a car. I will continue to go to this dealership and will also send people i know there for One reason and only one reason and that is Jamie Rodriguez. Thanks Jamie for all your help. More

I had a great first time experience with Colonial Volkswagen. I was a repeat customer with Patrick Motors and have leased 3 Volkswagen from 1999-2008 with them. I had stopped in to look at the new Volkswagen. I was a repeat customer with Patrick Motors and have leased 3 Volkswagen from 1999-2008 with them. I had stopped in to look at the new Tiguan at Colonial after looking at one at Patrick. Although there were no incentives on the 2009 Tiguan that met my budget, Jamie jumped in and provided valuable information on the Jetta Wolfsburg, which definitely met my budget. I was not looking to lease again and wanted to purchase but at reasonable price. He got me into the Jetta at the right price and I absolutely love the car. He was available for any questions that I had, as I was not familiar with the purchasing process and came through on time when I wanted to pick up the car. The finance manager was also terrific and very efficient in getting the process done quickly. I will be bringing my car in for my first service on 11/29 and am looking forward to more of the same great service. Overall my experience there was wonderful and I look forward to bringing them additional business in the future. More

Doing business with Colonial Volkswagen of Westborough was a pleasend experience, especially if you have to deal with Jamie Rodriguez. They made it happen that they found us our car in black even it wa was a pleasend experience, especially if you have to deal with Jamie Rodriguez. I have been going for service of my 2004 GLI for years now. Bill and the service staff has always been great, honest and very helpful. I also just purchases a Tiguan from Rich Bobrick. The sales guy was on the phone talking to his wife the whole time- He would not give us the price of the car after we took a test drive. Then he told us a certain car was available for a test drive then s whole time- He would not give us the price of the car after we took a test drive. Then he told us a certain car was available for a test drive then said later "it was not for sale as it sold already" There weren't any prices on cars so you had to talk to sales people who did not seem to care if tehy sold a car or not. Very bizarre experience. More

I bought my Passat from Patrick Motors and have not had any issues with them but when it came to getting someone to atleast look at it when I was having problems they couldnt get me in until the following any issues with them but when it came to getting someone to atleast look at it when I was having problems they couldnt get me in until the following week. I called Colonial to see if someone could see my car they told me to come in that same day and someone would atleast take a test drive to try and get to the problem. I talked to Bill McGrath on the phone and he was fabulous. When I got there Bill set me up for a test drive with Kevin he knew exactly what it was. They checked to see if they had the part and squeezed me in that day! They went above and beyond what Patrick has done for me!!! Would absolutely call them first to get a service appt. More
