I came into colonial vw to look at a Golf TDI. I had no intention of buying a car that day. Chris was extremely helpful and very patient with me since I went in not exactly sure what I needed to do. He showed me several types of cars in my price range and gave me helpful information on each to since I went in not exactly sure what I needed to do. Chris and the team were able to work with me and my budget and I came out with a beautiful new car that I absolutely LOVE! I purchased the car over a week ago and Chris has been very diligent in making sure everything has been done accordingly like scheduling to come in for the registration, scheduled my first maintenance visit, and he even introduced me to the maintenance department people who would be working on the car.. I need to start off by saying I usually hate care dealerships and the entire car buying process...yet didn't feel that way at all at this dealership. My sales person was very upfront with me and hon dealerships and the entire car buying process...yet didn't feel that way at all at this dealership. My sales person was very upfront with me and honest, and there was no pressure whatsoever in this sale. He was patient, and test drove several vehicles with me until I found the right one for me and my budget. I LOVE my sales person...and would buy from him again...he made me feel completely at ease. Shane in the business office was also great...didn't try to over sell me aftermarket products for my car, and that was a first. =) Thanks Chris and Shane! I love my car!
