Had to take my Tiguan in for a couple recalls and an oil change. Was out in less than two hours which is FAST for service at a dealership! I would have given 5 stars IF I saw some pro-active COVID protection in the waiting area. I waited 2 hours for my car to be serviced. I didn't see any staff come through to clean the waiting area as people c protection in the waiting area. I waited 2 hours for my car to be serviced. The longer I waited, the more uncomfortable I felt being inside, with almost every chair in the waiting area full. The service was fine -- the waiting area really needs some proactive cleaning, anti-septic wipes and/or hand sanitizer available for "waiters." More

I am from Wisconsin and was driving to Boston for Thanksgiving when my coolant low warning light came on. I arrived in Boston on the Tuesday night before Thanksgiving. I googled VW Service and call Thanksgiving when my coolant low warning light came on. I arrived in Boston on the Tuesday night before Thanksgiving. I googled VW Service and called Colonial Wednesday morning as soon as they opened. I told them I was traveling and had an urgent service need; they said bring the VW in and they would diagnose the problem. It was the water pump and they would have to order parts. I asked would the repair be complete on Friday when I had to return to Wisconsin...they were off for Thanksgiving, understandably. They said yes...which is was.
