My wife was looking for an 06' wrangler and Colonial had one on Auto Trader that looked nice. Rick met us in the parking lot and found the car quickly in the back of the lot. Justin was the finance person and did his best to get us the price we wanted and we ended up with a 5 year warranty for less than we thought. We were out the door quickly with the vehicle we wanted. A short week later, there was an issue with handling at high speeds and I took the car back. Rick was there and took me back to customer service. He told me that if there was any problems to let him know, but there were not. The service tech (sorry can't remember his name) was great. He went above and beyond to make sure that the the issue was resolved. He even took off the hard top that came with it and put on the soft top for us, and helped me get the hard top into my truck. Couple this with the life time free inspection and other services and our experience was great. I would definitely go back for a new Subaru or Volkswagen in the future. More

Salesman Rick Trier gave me his undivided attention, allowed me to take it on an extended test drive and convinced me that this was the right car. I was ready to come back "the next day" to get the car, but they expedited things while I was there - so I drove in in a 2012 Ford Focus, drove him in a 2013 Beetle convertible.
