I had such anxiety because of past experiences with car dealers being pushy, dishonest, and not interested in my needs. I was so impressed with how Joe Eisenbaugh handled our situation from start to finish. After he patiently showed us about 8-10 used cars (which is what we were in search of), we test drove a Passat which we loved. We left that day knowing we loved the care we received, but still wanted to "shop" around. Later that day, we called Joe and told him that we made a decision and would be up Saturday morning for the Passat! He Had all the paperwork ready, car detailed, finances situated, etc. We basically walked in, signed papers and left happy customers! Joe was professional, patient, kind and most of all knowledgeable. He took pride in his job, for sure.
