We were there seven looooong hours. After much confusion in the lot, we were brought back in the show room and given a hard sell from the young and rude salesperson which made my stepm After much confusion in the lot, we were brought back in the show room and given a hard sell from the young and rude salesperson which made my stepmother cry. The really horrible part is that my stepmother left something behind in her trade in which she needed urgently. Colonial said they would mail it but they didn't and apparently forgot about it. It took dozens of calls that were initially being avoided by the sales person and finally had to speak with a manager to get it sorted out. Go somewhere else! More

I am extremely disappointed in the service department and I will not be going back to this dealership. I spent all day there and one of the tasks couldn't even be performed. I was supposed to receive an oil I will not be going back to this dealership. I spent all day there and one of the tasks couldn't even be performed. I was supposed to receive an oil change, tire alignment, and rotation, but they couldn't even get the tires off so the rotation wasn't performed and I never received the print out for the alignment so I don't even know if that was done at all either. I wasn't told there was a line in front of me for the alignment device until after the fact, otherwise I would have requested to reschedule for a different day. I went in at 11:40 and didn't leave until 6:40 - all told I should have only been there for a few hours tops, not 7 hours. I had to miss picking up my daughter from daycare because of it. Fortunately my wife was able to leave work early, but suppose she wasn't? That was completely unacceptable and one of the worst experiences I have ever had. More
