Disappointing My experience with this dealership was very disappointing. Roy is an outstanding salesman went out of his way to find the vehicle I wanted. I was even brought my husband to Roy to get his new truck. But every thing stopped when we went to see Andy. The truck had been wrecked and repo and stolen. And the value of the truck was higher then kbb. We asked about it. We were told that's was the price. My husband was pre approved. But Andy was rude and did not to work with us on the truck. So we walked away. And went right to Delaney's we purchased 2 vehicle one being my car and the other being my husband's truck. I got an awd. Roy is a good salesman very patient. But Andy is rude. We have told other people and will continue to do so. More

Car of my dreams! My experience at Colonial Toyota was painless and quite enjoyable. I was originally looking at a used Prius, but it got sold the night before I arrive My experience at Colonial Toyota was painless and quite enjoyable. I was originally looking at a used Prius, but it got sold the night before I arrived for my test drive. As I turned to leave I saw a brand new Prius Prime by the door. The prime was my very first choice, but I was being practical by looking for the used car. With zero pressure from my salesperson I asked if we could test drive the Prime. I was given two salesmen who had recently been trained on the Prime and I had a delightful time firing every question I could think of at them. When it came time to get serious, Mr. Shaulis used his computer data base of participating exchange dealerships and found me the EXACT CAR that I had dreamed of. Then he negotiated a price that along with my trade-in was within my budget. I’m now driving the nicest car I have ever owned that gets 133 miles per gallon. I’m ready to enjoy my retirement and travel inexpensively at the snap of my fingers. Sincere thanks to Colonial Toyota for my best car purchasing experience yet. More
