2019 Tundra - Jason Vaughn In 2013 I bought a new Tacoma from Jason and felt very comfortable with the process. As I wanted to trade my Tacoma in on a new Tundra in 2019, I want In 2013 I bought a new Tacoma from Jason and felt very comfortable with the process. As I wanted to trade my Tacoma in on a new Tundra in 2019, I wanted to give Jason another shot and he did not disappoint me one bit. They were very willing to work with me to find a price point that was fair for my trade in, interest rate for my finance options, and also working out a price for the new Tundra. Jason started with an aggressive offer for the deal and skipped most of the "back and forth" work to expedite the process. The truck I was looking for was not on their lot, but Jason worked to find the exact truck I was looking for and get me in the truck as soon as possible. He was willing to communicate with me through email which was helpful when I had discussions with my wife as well as avoiding playing "phone tag". I shopped around and had discussions with other dealers but felt most comfortable making my purchase from Colonial. My family will be looking to replace our Highlander in a few years. Colonial will 100% be our first stop in the car buying process and I will make sure Jason is working before I come to their dealership. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to give them an opportunity to earn your business. Even if you cannot find the deal you are looking for, you will be treated appropriately and they will earn your respect quickly. We will definitely be back for future vehicle purchases. More

No gas check I love my truck, and how much time was put into finding it for me. But when I went to pick it up, a few days later I was promised a full tank of gas, I love my truck, and how much time was put into finding it for me. But when I went to pick it up, a few days later I was promised a full tank of gas, but the tank was empty. I also had to go back the next day and pick up the extra keys that were not given to me. When I asked about the gas tank being empty, I was told since I filled it up myself I would get a check in the mail... 3 months later and no check More
