Bad customer service Went to buy a used Jeep for our daughter.. Told the sales person we wanted to be around $175 a month.. It took 3 days to get a final answer on approva Went to buy a used Jeep for our daughter.. Told the sales person we wanted to be around $175 a month.. It took 3 days to get a final answer on approval.. Finally they text and ask when we could come in and sign the papers. I asked what the payments were he said $230. I think they were trying to just get us there then slide in the payment like it was no big deal. I told the Jason it was out of our budget and he said that he told his boss that if they could get an approval that he sold the Jeep. I said sorry but we can’t afford that! About 1/2 later he text back and said sorry they made a mistake payment is $208. Something shady was going on! We decided to go look at another dealership. We liked a car gave them our information left they called before we even made it home with payment and terms.. I don’t know why Colonial was so difficult and did not communicate with us. We really liked the Jeep and more then willing to purchase it if only the communication was better! Maybe because we were buying only a $10,000 vehicle and they were to concerned with bigger better deals! More
