Very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and fought for us tooth and nail, I wanted to be in a certain budget, I raised from $4000 down to $11000. But the manager Andy would not work with us. After several times of going back and forth, and after three hours, we wanted to get some thing to eat. Before leaving I told the manager Andy to call us within half an hour if he can get in our budget. We grabbed something quick, expecting to hear from Andy any minute, We drove around and happened to pass another dealership. We went in with no intentions in buying, because Toyota is our first choice. But within minutes we was in a budget we could afford, While signing out at the new dealership, Colonial called, I did not answer. The next day both Andy and Roy called. I returned the call to Roy, asking him want was the final payment, he told me, I was a little upset. One dollar more then I was paying for this other vehicle. How come no one called me? Roy said Andy was handling it personally to get the best price, Well, I informed Roy we bought. Sorry Roy enjoyed every minute, you should train others and show them how to be a salesman and customer relations. Andy yo call too late. More

He also noticed a paint problem and immediately had it arranged to be fixed even before I drove off the lot. He also assisted me in the new technology I wasn't familiar with days later Thanks Roy. I was only looking when I came in on Wednesday, no intention on buying just y I just want to thank Roy for being so incredibly wonderful to work with! Roy went above and beyond and made sure he gave me all the information I needed, rough estimates on payments and I got to test drive it. I deal with customers on a daily basis, rude customers , so I'm used to a fight but Roy was a breath of fresh air! I forgot what it was like to actually work with a genuine, friendly, caring person. Roy's customer service was excellent, above and beyond!!!! You have a great guy working for you, its rare to find that these days, so thank you for taking my money..ha ha. I have already told my friends that are looking for a new vehicle to come here and ask for Roy or anyone of your staff but Roy, YOU ROCK! Also the finance guy was pretty awesome too, I forget his name but hes also great!!! Long day Buying a car just takes to long. I felt like I had worked out many details with the salesperson but that changed when I got there. Dealership need t Buying a car just takes to long. Dealership need to stream line and get the job done quicker because there are too many alternatives developing for consumers. Think how much cheaper vehicles would be if you could buy directly from the manufacturer I.e. Tesla, which is why all traditional dealers do not like them. The people at colonial where terrific where helpful, expect they never explained any of the features on my new vehicle. More
