Reid Ferris at Colonial Subaru was the only one to respond with a firm sale price. The others either wanted to speak on the phone before giving a quote or responded with "starting" prices. Throughout the purchase process, Reid was easily accessible and responded to emails and phone calls promptly. Thanks to Reid, this was a no hassle purchase at a great price. More

Finding and purchasing a car can at times be quite the task. It is not often that you come by a sales consultant as genuinely nice and trustworthy as Joe D'ercole. Joe assisted us in finding the right vehicle that fit our budget and then eased us through the rest of the car purchasing process. I was looking to trade in my 2007 Subaru Outback for a new XV Crosstrek. I looked online at Colonial's website and they had the exact car I was looking for on their lot. I sent in a request for a price quote and received one quickly. I came in the next day for a test drive, and met with Reid Ferris. He was leaving for the day, as I arrived close to 7 PM. Reid was nice enough to stay so that I can test drive the car. I emailed Reid early the next morning and told him that I was going to bring in my Outback to be appraised, and that I wanted to move forward and purchase the 2013 Crosstrek. The purchase of this car was seamless. It was rather enjoyable. The staff that I met was very courteous, and willing to help and answer any questions that I had. Upon picking up my new car, Reid gave me the grand tour of the place, introducing me to the service department, and members of the parts department. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Colonial Subaru to friends and family!! Great job, keep up the good work! More

I recently worked with John Lazzari to buy a new car - he was very helpful, available when you needed him, full of useful information and even looks out for your needs. He can help you with decisions that work best for you. I would recommend Colonial Subaru to anyone. More
