I then met Christer (Internet Sales Manager and the person who handled my lease), whom I liked immediately. He handled the business aspect of the interaction with expertise and integrity, and the human aspect with warmth and patience. I felt like a complicated process was well-managed, and I came away from it impressed, and feeling grateful for good people in unexpected contexts.
