We wanted something with all wheel drive but did not want an SUV.So we did our research and decided that a Subaru might fit our needs.The first dealer we visited was Colonial Subaru were we met Chris Townsend. Chris was more interested in telling us about the product first than to immediately begin trying to sell us a car.This impressed us and based on his extensive knowledge we decided to purchase a Subaru Legacy. The buying experience was effortless and we got a great deal just above dealer invoice. We also had them appraise our Honda and since their offer was more than fair we traded it in which just made the entire transaction that much easier. It should be noted that when we took a test drive they let us take the actual car that we were considering purchasing and let us go by ourself. Chris spent a great deal of time explaining all of the cars details before the test drive so that we could get the full experience. The car was ready the next day and was nicely detailed. Upon delivery they spent a a great deal of time reviewing all the cars features, service requirements and paired our phone to the cars bluetooth. James Ascone, Internet sales, responded to the inquiry very quickly and he quoted me a very fair price for the vehicle. Actually, from the more than 10 dealerships which responded to my internet inquiry, James Ascone quoted me the best price. We spoke on the phone and he was extremely friendly and helpful. I decided to purchase the vehicle from him. After meeting him at the dealership, I knew I would be happy with my decision. His co-worker Valon also helped me while at the dealership. Valon was also very friendly and accommodating. My purchase experience ended with Erwin in finance. He also was friendly, patient with questions and he did not engage in any pushy tactics, (Which I've experienced elsewhere). Based upon my experience with the three employees listed here, I could not have asked for a better car buying experience.
