Great Car Buying Experience! I recently purchased a 2015 Subaru Legacy from Colonial Subaru. My salesperson, Valon Iljazi, was great! In 2009, I leased a Legacy from him and was I recently purchased a 2015 Subaru Legacy from Colonial Subaru. My salesperson, Valon Iljazi, was great! In 2009, I leased a Legacy from him and was so pleased to have him again as my salesperson. He was efficient, friendly and answered all of my questions. Nick Forese in the Finance Department was also very helpful. Everyone was professional including the young lady at the front desk. I walked in and was greeted in a very respectful manner and was taken care of immediately. I purchased my car in less than 90 minutes (I had done lots of research and this is my 7th Subaru) and Colonial had the best deal in an hour's radius. In 3 days my car was ready to be picked up. Valon explained everything to me and I drove away a very happy customer. And yes, I would go back again however I think that I'll keep this car for awhile. It's really beautiful! DREW FURTADO IS BY FAR THE BEST SALESMAN I'VE DEALT WITH!!!! I've purchased several new Subarus over the past 6 years at three different dealers based on my location. This last lease was done at Colonial Subaru I've purchased several new Subarus over the past 6 years at three different dealers based on my location. This last lease was done at Colonial Subaru with Drew (salesman) and Erwin (finance manager). What a great team they make. This was the easiest purchase I have had yet!!! I had my 6 year old daughter with me and both of them had her smiling. Drew knows his Subarus from top to bottom. Both him and his wife drive Subarus as well as me and my husband. Lol. We will always and forever be Subaru customers and will only be going to see Drew at Colonial Subaru no matter where we live. He even came in on his day off so that I could pick up my new Forester. I'm a nurse and work 3rd shift so it was the easiest day for me and my schedule. I forgot to mention that most of this process was done through phone and email until the day I showed up which only took an hour from beginning to end with no typical dealership B.S./ surprises. Since I was in a hurry to purchase a new car, Chris Townsend was my sales associate. He was great. He worked with me and answered all my questions. Since I was in a hurry to purchase a new car, I didn't do all the necessary research ahead of time. So, I asked him to research pricing and options on the internet, right at this desk! He was more than willing to help to ensure I was getting a fair deal. Also, registration of the vehicle and delivery was quick and clean. Ryan, the delivery specialist, was also great. He is very knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles with the vehicles. He was also very patient. The two of them make a great team. I drove my Impreza without issue until selling it after buying my new one. It sold itself online,for asking price in 90 minutes! We took a 2008 Impreza out for a test drive, and came back two days later to purchase the vehicle. Chris answered all of our questions (we had a lot of them!) patiently and was obviously very up to date on the specs of each car. We took the car to our own mechanic, who said that the Colonial Subaru dealership was trustworthy and the service department went above and beyond on their vehicle inspections to assure that the car is safe. When it came time to do all of the financing, Erwin took his time to answer our questions and tell us exactly what we were signing for. Both Chris and Erwin were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made the car buying experience fast and simple. More
