Pleasant experience working with Drew! I was interested in the outback 3.6 back in April. I was fortunate to have Drew as my sales rep. He was courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in the outback 3.6 back in April. I was fortunate to have Drew as my sales rep. He was courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicles as well as setting my expectations when I asked about delivery time frame. We test drove a sedan as there were no outbacks available to drive at the time. He understood that I did not want a "dog and pony" show nor did I want to haggle over price. Drew was very honest with me and suggested I choose color combinations in order of preference (interior/exterior) and he would inform me when a vehicle was allocated. We touched based a couple of time to update the delivery date. By July, the car came was at the dealership. He also facilitated a trade-in transaction. On pick-up day, Drew was thorough and efficient in reviewing the car (as I was pressed for time). He called again to check up and inform me that plates were being sent out. Overall, a stress-free event. I usually dread shopping for a new car, but Drew made it easy for me. :-) More
