I came into Subaru Danbury with my mother, not really knowing if I wanted to buy a new or used car. Drew, immediately made my decision easy -- and I am now a brand new car owner of a 2015 Subaru Impreza. I came into Colonial Subaru on a Tuesday evening, around 530PM after work. We had an appointment with Drew, and he immediately showed me options of a used car purchases in their lot. It became difficult for me to decide, because I knew I wanted an AWD, low mileage, and a reasonable priced vehicle - and that's when Drew suggested his offer of a brand new Subaru Impreza. I came back to Colonial Subaru the following day, and test drove the car -- I loved it! The Colonial Subaru team knew that I wanted this car by the end of the week, and they made that happen for me. The next day (Thursday), I got a call from Erwin saying that I got approved for the car, and by 5PM that day, I was driving it home. Drew even came in on his day off to congratulate me, but also to thoroughly go over the car's functions and detail. I have just been so impressed with Colonial Suburu -- with their great teamwork, respect to customers, and attentiveness to our needs. George Samaha was also excellent, having wonderful spirits and being so reassuring as I am a first time car buyer. I have had my car for over a week now, and I still have the biggest smile when I turn that engine on every time. Thank you Drew for making my experience easy. "this vehicle is in transit" . . . contacted Colonial via the internet for the best internet price. I dealt with Christer Cambriello; he was extremely knowledgable, professional and courteous. I test drove a green Forester, but held out for the white one in transit. I have recommended Colonial Subaru to friends and colleagues in the past and will continue to do so.
