I have to say I am happy with the service there. I came in and was greeted very nicely, I felt no pressure. I had a truck that I bought a year ago and was unhappy with thed gas mileage I was getting, Dana was very knowledgeable sowed me many cars pressure. I didnt think they would be able to help because I had just bought it brand new a year ago, but Mark the General Manager was very gererous when appraising my truck I received what I had paid for it so I didnt have any negative equity to carry over. The entire staff work efficiently and made it the fastest and eaisesst purchase I have ever made they were very understanding about time and had me in and out in no time at all. I had a great experience at this dealership. I was greeted immediately by Marina, and she was very friendly, knowledgeable and communicated openly throughout the whole process. I went looking for a Dodge Charger and we were immediately given the internet price with no negotiation. We negotiated the trade for a very fair price (which I can say has never happened to me before and this is my 7th car purchase.) After the deal was agreed upon, which took less than an hour, we just waited probably around 2 hours for the car to be cleaned and fillled with gas. The staff was great from sales to financing and came out to talk to us to let us know the status often. There was a local radio station doing a promotion and Marina sent us over for a chance to win a prize. We ended up winning a 25$ giftcard for dinner and 2 free movie passes. Overall it was a great experience and I would happily recommend this dealership to a friend or family member. There was minimal haggling over trade price b/c my old vehicle did have some cosmetic damage, we asked for what we felt was a fair price according to NADA, and the sales manager agreed to our terms. The finance representative even told us when he felt that certain warranties were not necessary and was not pushy at all. More
