His Customer Service and Salesmanship skills would serve as a Power Of example and a Text Book Description titled: " The Art Of Perfect Salemanship". I LOVE "COLONIAL SOUTH CHRYSLER DODGE, JEEP, RAM" located at 42 State Road , North dartmouth, Massachusetts. This is the Third Experience working with Mike that was Stupendous. With the Help Of George Simone ( Pronounced " Simonee" not " Simone". I know, I thought he was French too. He's not, he's Italian.) Mike actually put me in a car that I really didn't have an interest in, initially. I mean , I thought it was a nice car, I just didn't lust after it. But,regardless I always thought the styling of this vehicle was pretty xxxx Muscular, Striking, and Sporty regardless. I bought a 2014 Dodge Avenger SXT Rally Redline. Beautiful car. Ferrari Red with a V6 Pumping out almost 300 horsepower. 18' rims on it, with a wing spoiler on the back. Nice mid size car. Beautiful car. Sporty, Big - Mid Size Big, not Large Big .., Comfortable, QUIET..rides with perfection, handles awesome..Quality of materials are absolutely beautiful. Its like being in a padded cell, just about every bit on the interior is soft touch...nice and squeezable, yeah, like Charmin..LOL . The build construction of this vehicle as I discovered upon further inspection is exemplary. The Trunk mounted hydraulic jacks and intricate hinges carry over to all of the doors which use 3 position lock rollers hinges, accompanied by steel springs....WOW ! The last time I saw such detail in construction like that was on VW's, Audi's, Mercedes, and BMW's . I'am IMPRESSED. That trunk and those doors also shut with a SOLID " CLUNK, and a WHACK" with the precision of a fine jeweled movement. It feels like a German car. I am also not used to driving cars that you feel NO BUMPS AT ALL IN...LOVE it !!! I feel all grown up driving this too. I also feel Like Batman driving it too...Its Bad xxx !! ..I know what your thinking..but Batman was a grown up too !! LOl !! Ok, So, Now The Deal. Now, Ladies and Gentleman the experience of the deal is what you want to hear about right ? Ok, well, hold on to your hats as I go on in explicit detail. Sit back, relax, and Just read. Its a wonderful Story. So, this is my 3rd car buying experience at Colonial South. The 3rd car I have bought off of Mike Goyette. The third time George Simone ( Simonee) worked his magic. Well, with each time my experience got better and better. The deal got also got better and better. Last year I traded up in to a better Model. George the Magician lowered my interest rate by 9%...exactly it was really high before that. Last Year, George dropped it almost in half. Now, last year, I thought lightning could never strike twice. But it did. George worked his magic last year...lowered my payments by $30 a month, and lowered my interest rate by almost 10% with NO MONEY DOWN. This time I around, I thought for sure "na..No way, ain't gonna happen..Lightning never strikes 3 times" Well, lightning did strike 3 times. George put me in a 2014 Dodge Avenger SXT Rally Redline V6. George lowered my interest by 3 percent, lowered my payment by $30 bucks a month, and also got me out of a car I was upside down in and put me right side up, NO MONEY DOWN, and put me in a far better car. I went up a class of car to a midsize machine. Rebates galore I got, unbelievable. last year, I started referring to George as The Magician. Now, he has graduated. I will now refer to George Simone as the Wizard. If Your looking for a beautiful car, and the best Deal on the Market. If you want a family oriented experience. Dont Do it!!!!! I went to this dealership on a Saturday to buy a used Durango it was listed on their website for 29.9k. In very little time we had the numbers and mo I went to this dealership on a Saturday to buy a used Durango it was listed on their website for 29.9k. In very little time we had the numbers and monthly payment that worked for us, they told me to take the car home and come back Monday to finalize everything. That's when things changed significantly. I met with the finance guy on Monday and the payment was now 180$ more than we agreed to on Saturday!!!! I was furious! they quoted my monthly payment on Saturday based on an 84 month loan for a 2011 vehicle which anybody should know that no bank is going to allow that, had I known that was what they were doing I would have known it wasn't going to work. Long story short I took my old car back, the sales manager tried to make me feel bad that they had been working so hard for me all day and they don't do business like this etc etc... it was the WORST experience I have ever had buying a car and I have bought many in my life. So I went elsewhere and got a 2013 for the same price as their 2011 and for less per month than Colonial originally quoted me. My salesman tony was very nice however and very apologetic. Corporate needs to get new management in this place! More

Bad service and oil change again!! All I can say is Colonial Dodge in Dartmouth is a joke. How do I sit there for 3hrs waiting for my car to be serviced and they do an oil change or All I can say is Colonial Dodge in Dartmouth is a joke. How do I sit there for 3hrs waiting for my car to be serviced and they do an oil change or supposedly do an oil change and they don't even top off the fluids not the first time that it has happened last time they forgot to reset the computer 1,000 miles later my change oil light came on. xxxx if they are xxxxing up on an oil change what else aren't they doing right. Also same place that I went to find the issue with my car and they had an open invoice for a month but couldn't be bothered to jot down everytime I came in so it looks like I only came in once even though I had been there 5 times and wasted 15hrs in a month.
