Love my new Wrangler I had been looking to get rid of my car for a little while and was upside down on my current car. I thought a Jeep would be a great way to replace it and get my wife a safer vehicle for the snow. I went in to Colonial after a horrible experience at another dealership and I met Dave. He Was extremely knowledgable and we got along right away. Not only that but due to lack of incentives on the 2016 Wranglers he showed me a 2015 for a bit less money with everything I wanted. Plus since it is a 2015 I have a 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. The 2016 is only 60,000. I'm now a Jeeper for life and will be sendings everyone I know to see Dave More

The jeep I went to them for didn't not have multiple accessories as listed online but unfortunatly I didn't think to check for such details until I already owned the car. All of my belongings form my trade in vehicle were either stolen or thrown away befor I was aloud to clean that car out. And I had to send my jeep back multiple times befor they could successfully fix minor issues. I hope too never need to return to this poorly run establishment. More
Wife at work, can't get key out of ignition!!! It was 8:15 Fri Oct 9,2015 my wife calls on the cell can't get the keys out of the ignition, there's a dealer across the street from where she works. I pull up to Colonial walk inside, kind of in panic mode, I talk to Marty Sines, immediately he goes out to the Jeep to resolve the problem. Minute later analysis bent key, fixes it. No worries, no wait and this was something that just happened.. Customer Service exceeds all that I have experienced in the past with other places. WORSE CAR BUYING EXPERIENC OF MY LIFE! I signed the deal for my new/used 2012 Jeep Liberty Jet Limited on 2/9, the SM advertised one price then advised me the actual price, offered to upgra I signed the deal for my new/used 2012 Jeep Liberty Jet Limited on 2/9, the SM advertised one price then advised me the actual price, offered to upgrade the NAV system for free. Once I did the homework and spoke with an expert Jeep Service person from another dealer I was advised that there may be an issue with an aftermarket NAV system upgrade. I promptly on the 9th called to inform Colonial of this, no one listened, but assured me my car would be ready on the 2/18 for me pick up upon return from a vacation. By 2/20 the vehicle was not ready because they encountered the very problem I discussed and because they waited until the 11th hour to do the work necessary to deliver the vehicle. The deal as cancelled "unwound " and I had to chase them for paper work with for proof the deal was cancelled, they returned my paper work with a now invalid title that I had to call them back to get them to issue a letter of correction. The SM is a condescending young man who did not tell the whole story to the GM. The only person of worth was George the finance person. I would never step foot in that establishment again ...worse communication, worse customer service and they all need lessons is proper sales and customers service etiquette. Talking over people and not listening is bad for any business, and when you drop the ball and give a customer too much time to reflect on the poor skills of the Sales team you end up with bad reviews, irate customers and loss in business. I would never recommend a single person to this dealership. Very sad about not getting the car I was excited about and having to deal with such ridiculous excuse makers, however it was probably for the best. Can not imagine what I would have had to deal with if I got the vehicle and had service issues. Onward and upward and my hunt begins again! More
