You were swearing in the showroom and talking down to your salesman is why we refused your business and asked you to leave. The manager was wearing a sweat shirt because they were working outside in the snow all day. We will not let our employees take verbal abuse from anyone.

Today, I parked, a salesman asked if i needed help. He said he was busy but would get me someone . We went in, he came back pointed out the other salesman who was on his phone. After approximately 15min waiting in the showroom, we still hadnt been helped even though there were salespeople around. As we were getting in our vehicle to leave the salesman who was assigned to us came running out still on his phone to engage us. At that point it was too late. 2 years ago I went to your dealership with the same intent. To purchase a new Rebel pick up. A very similar thing happened so i bought a Chevy, earlier this year my wife bought a Chevrolet because of the way we're treated 2 uears ago. We have owned Chrysler and Jeeps for the past 16 years. The Chevrolets were purchased from another auto group. Not sure if there is anything you could do at this point. I just felt that you should be aware that you have lost 2 new car sales and possibly a 3rd because of our experience.
