No pressure, friendly service advisor, Had oil change and tire rotation and Battery replaced. it was a 2&1/2 hour wait. Seems a little to long. Satisfied with work done. $320 seems high. I was both disappointed and shocked by my last car repair. It took 4 days to get the needed parts (windshield washer nozzles and hoses). Then, I was charged $521.72 for the repair!!!!! Parts totaled o repair. It took 4 days to get the needed parts (windshield washer nozzles and hoses). Then, I was charged $521.72 for the repair!!!!! Parts totaled only $51.50, and labor was $447.00!!! Really????? When I informed family and friends of this, they, too, were shocked and advised me to seek repair services elsewhere. Being a retiree on a pension, I cannot afford such exorbitant prices. Your staff is wonderful, your location is ideal for me, but your pricing is outrageous. Something as uncomplicated as nozzles and hoses should not be this complicated or expensive. Sadly, I'm done, as are some of my contacts. More
