Fall asleep waiting every time The past 3 times I had to have service here the wait time has been unacceptable. Over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. I dread coming here and the dealership is so inaccessible. It's on a one way side of route 6 and requires traveling past by more than a half mile only to take a u-turn to come back. Nothing in walking distance while you wait unless you want to play Frogger and try to cross the highway to get to the mall. More

Great experience, Each time I've bought 3 cars over three years through Colonial South, each time dealing with Mike Mandeville. I was picky and wanted manual shift cars each time, and he had no problem setting up a swap with a dealer down in NJ for my wifes new car. A few months later after a bad accident, we again went to him for help in locating another, this time from western CT. Today I had him locate and get a Chevy Sonic LT with a stick shift. Every time, he was professional and great to deal with. My last purchase was pretty much completed over the phone, and I was comfortable having him handle most everything so I only had to show up and sign papers. As for service, Rick Fernandes is on top of his game and goes out of his way to make sure his customers are pleased. I much prefer coming here, I'm comfortable, and known, and I'm taken care of.
