I was looking at dealerships for a new car and felt pressure to sign right away. I stopped at colonial south Chevrolet. I decided to buy my new 2012 Chevy Malibu from there. No pressure what so ever. When I was finalizing my paper work the GM Justin Overdeep came over to congratulate me on my new purchase and see if there were any other concerns I had. I must say, the positive comments about Courtney and Leo dont even do justice to how helpful and friendly these guys actually ar before going there. I don't like shopping around for cars and I don't have time to waste. After finding the car I wanted, the entire process went smoothly and comfortably. The only thing that took long was getting the car ready to go, and that was only because they wanted it to look perfect for me. My family will be in the market for another car next year. I will not consider going anywhere else, and I will defiantly be looking for Leo or Courtney. Also, The manager Brian is a pleasure to deal with and helped to make sure everything went smoothly for me. A++ service from these guys! More

This was a purchase found online and we are from Florida so our sale required more attention that a local purchase. Because we don't live in the area they could have written us off as non-returning customers but that wasn't the case! We were treated as if we are lifelong customers. All our paperwork was finished when we got to dealership and we were quickly on our way. Ironically, the dealer we ended up buying from was just a few miles from us in Dartmouth. Leo from Colonial South was very friendly and straightforward. I liked working with him immediately. He never made us feel pressured to buy, and I never felt like I had to read between the lines to get an honest answer out of him. Best of all, he gave us his best price for the car right up front, so we didn't have to go through that awful haggling process like we did with so many other dealers. The price on the car was very, very good. The car was in great shape and they were very amenable about having our mechanic check it out before we bought. The whole process was actually very smooth on their end, and they were very patient about the wrinkles on our end. We also shopped around quite a bit for financing, and Keith was able to get us a rate that blew even the credit unions out of the water. He offered us the extended warranty, gap insurance, etc, but wasn't especially pushy about it when we declined. If I felt good about the car, I felt even better after we signed the paperwork. Overall, this was a great experience. And from someone who hates buying cars, that's saying a lot. We'll likely be in the market to replace our other car soon, and Colonial South Chevy will be at the top of our list. More
