Shady Dealer - Pulled Back on Agreed Price and Deal 6 days ago Do not ever buy from this dealer!!!! I was dealing with them to buy a leftover 2017 Corvette - a car thar was sitting in their lot for abo 6 days ago Do not ever buy from this dealer!!!! I was dealing with them to buy a leftover 2017 Corvette - a car thar was sitting in their lot for about 1000 days. After several weeks, they reached out to me and asked if I was still interested in the car, and they agreed to sell for tbe exact price I offered weeks earlier. They sent over the full details of the deal in writing - car sale price, taxes, fees and final price. They even sent photos of the car and tbe window sticker. I replied in writing and agreed to make the deal. This was now a binding and agreed upon sale of the car. When I tried to leave a deposit, after reaching out several times, the internet sales person told me that the manager had reconsidered the deal because they sold another vehicle (they had 3 of the same exact car) for more than our agreed upon price and binding deal, so he was canceling our deal. I was told the deal has been pulled back and I was not able to buy the car for the price that we agreed on and they provided in writing to me. Needless to say, this not only a shady sales tactic, but is also highly illegal. I have filed a complaint with the State Attorney General and will also contact the BBB. Like More
