Steve came to the waiting area and explained what needed to Steve is always friendly and informative every time. The mechanics are also great. I feel bad that a 2012 Chevy malibu's front bumper has to be remove Steve is always friendly and informative every time. The mechanics are also great. I feel bad that a 2012 Chevy malibu's front bumper has to be removed to change a headlight bulb. These mechanics work hard. Tell future engineers to come up with a better way to get at a head light. I was told he was out to lunch at 2pm on Monday Dec. 2nd, and I am still waiting for his return from that lunch. Today is Dec. 3, 2019. I am about to call the Better Business Bureau. I am upset that I was not allowed a loaner until they could fulfill my car requirement and color request. I traveled from NY to Mass. to buy a car. I feel they took advantage of me because I was female and older. My only request at the time of purchase was the color Passion Fruit and that the car have cruise control. I got neither.I was told that the salesman thought that the color of the car I was given was Passion Fruit when in fact it was Raspberry, and the cruise control was located where the blinker indicator was. It is not. More
