Hi - My brother and I visited Colonial South to view their used cars and see if there was something that could replace our parents older vehicle. We expressed some interest in 2 different models and af their used cars and see if there was something that could replace our parents older vehicle. We expressed some interest in 2 different models and after obtaining more details as far options, prices, etc,. we decided to take one for a test drive. We were sold on it immediately and moved forward with the paperwork. Leo was a fantastic salesperson who was very professional and treated both my brother and I would the highest respect and integrity. This dealership's review however, is most definitely worth the time. A few weeks ago I purchased a 2012 Chevy Silverado 2500 Duramax Truck from Colonial South. Without question it was the best experience I have ever had with an auto dealership. Through past experience buying trucks/cars from dealerships, and hearing countless retellings of terrible-dealership experiences from friends and family, I was convinced that the process of buying this new truck would again, be less than pleasant. Then (via internet research) I met Courtney Rex of Colonial South Chevrolet. Within a very short while of speaking with him, it was clear that my negative stereotype of the unreliable, pushy, swarmy, auto salesperson/dealership would need to be drastically updated. Courtney provided clear and detailed answers to all of my questions, and I had a bazillion of them. He spent a great deal of time tracking down the truck that perfectly suited my travel needs, and when we came down to the final cost we agreed on a price that I am very pleased with. Courtney has a unique ability to remain completely professional, while still being extremely approachable. Honest, straightforward, and easy going, he is a triple threat. In the process of finalizing the deal on my truck, I also met with Keith Nickerson and Phil Medieros. Again, I was very impressed with the way that these two men treated their customers and managed business. Low pressure, zero condescending to the customer, and extremely knowledgeable. As most dealing go, we had a few delays/glitches along the way, and in the same positive spirit that was set from the start, everything was and is being handled with great efficiency. Indirectly I also dealt with Colonial South's sales manager, Justin Overdeep. Through the process Courtney needed approval on a number of issues, and all that I could see was a timely and seamless result of their communication, that most often ended in my favor. It seems that Mr. Overdeep deals with the staff at Colonial as well as they all do their customers. There is a transparency at this dealership that is rarely found in business. My confidence in this team of men is solely and completely a reflection of their outstanding customer service and highly competitive pricing. Even under the slightly harsh microscope I initially used to judge Colonial, they shined. To have an experience like this, buying a vehicle from a dealership (and not be related to the owner!) tells me that this is just how things go with these guys. I wouldn't want to buy a vehicle anywhere else; I've already begun referring everyone I know, that's in the market for a new ride, to Colonial. More

This is the second automobile I have bought from this dealership and I will not go anywhere else or send anyone anywhere else this is by far the best dealership I have dealt with! I was very impressed with this dealerships level of customer service and how easy the whole process was from the time I walked in to the time I drove off in my new Chevy!!!
