I would recommend Nissan as they are the most caring and knowledgeable people I have ever met. Joe Gerbino, the Mgr is the best person I have ever met. He spends time with his customers as well as his knowledge with everything I can mention. He is a kind, caring person that you don't find anylonger. He speaks softly, never raising his voice, whether it be with his employees or when customers are there waiting to speak with him. I also would like to commend Anthony, who I purchased my car from. He is also a very kind and caring person, When I call to speak to anyone there at Nissan, they are all the most caring, understanding and knowledgeable people I have gotten the pleasure of meeting. Jim is the best in the Service Dept as well as Donna, who is so knowledgeable Do not let her go. More

I had a few services done to my car at this location which have turned out to be fair enough except for an issue after purchasing a remote starter. Certainly only 13 months after the installation date and one of my key remote controls couldn't work even though i hadn't use it much as my main control. However, I contacted them to notify them about the issue and also to find out if I could bring in the car to them so they could check it out but unfurtunately they simply told me to wait until someone from the dealer contact me which they never followed through. It would be appreciated if they did not only focus on selling! More

I brought my 2011 Nissan Murano in for service: Oil change & tire rotation. When I was told my vehicle was ready and brought to the cashier to check out. I questioned what was done - the service perso change & tire rotation. When I was told my vehicle was ready and brought to the cashier to check out. I questioned what was done - the service person didn't review the inspection or anything. I HAD TO LOOK AT IT and its a good thing I did. Because it wasn't filled out properly. Only 1/4 of the information was filled out - nothing noted about my tires and brakes, etc. When I questioned the service person felt terrible and said there was a new person that worked on my Murano but would have another technician look at it. The service person went and talked to the tech that did my car and when asked how my brakes looked he said they looked new. REALLY? Last time I was in they were at 50% and 60%. So I was brought back to watch for myself another tech look at my Murano. He said the brakes are now at 30% and 50%. When they looked at my tires; my front right tire is worn more than the others. When I questioned it the service person asked if I ever had an alignment. My answer - NO. I was never told I ever needed an alignment - my Murano has 35000 miles on it and is always brought for service when due. No one has ever said I needed one. Sure enough, the service person checked and didn't see anything on my records. He then tells me that they recommend replacing the tires before winter. So it doesn't make sense to have one done now when i'll be needed tires soon. Ok fine.. so we go to the cashier and check out. My bill was $54.95. I went home did some things.. then checked my bank account online. The idiot at the dealership charged my card $85.20. I called them and got them to refund $27.00. These people are ridiculous and have no attention to details!!! I'm stuck with them as I have a 100k mile warranty with them. I hate dealing with them and want to trade in my Murano for another car with a different dealership because I 'm so disgusted with them!!! More
Went into service for a problem had my mechanic look at the nissan that I was driving after 4 time he couldn't fix it I went to colonial nissan and I spoke to Jim and he said to leave the vehicle and have the nissan that I was driving after 4 time he couldn't fix it I went to colonial nissan and I spoke to Jim and he said to leave the vehicle and have it diagnosed He called me with a estimate I told if was going to fix my car to fix it Jim called when it was done and I came to pick up my Vehicle and he explained what was done and it was cheaper than expected and I have no had any problem since I pick up my car I will only go back to colonial because I am very happy with the service I received I will be looking for a new car soon and Jim told me when I was ready to let him know and he will introduce me to somebody in sales Thank You you guys are awesome More
