All I wanted was a part for a Sentra S for one of my customers. I went to the parts dept and got nothing but a bad attitude from a guy with a gotee. He condescending and just down right rude. I run a auto shop and in the past told customers to go there in order to get parts that I can not get. That will not be happening in the future. It makes me look bad sending a customer there and risk them be treated like this. More
I recently purchased a 2011 Nissan Juke through Colonial Nissan. It's been quite some time since I've purchased a new vehicle and have had many questions about it's driving style, etc. I've also had to br Nissan. Each and everytime I've been in, it's been a wonderful experience. I've never been made to feel silly about my questions and when actual service was necessary my car has been in and out of there in no time flat. I'm always offered a ride to/from work and always, always greeted with a smile. It's never fun to be without my car, but the service group at Colonial make it as pleasant of an expereince as it can be! I recommend this dealership to everyone! More

I bought my 2010 Sentra from Colonial Nissan in medford. I recently decided to use their mailed offer of oil change & tire rotation. When I checked in, Joanne, Service Rep. par excellance, asked if there w I recently decided to use their mailed offer of oil change & tire rotation. When I checked in, Joanne, Service Rep. par excellance, asked if there was any other work I'd like done that day. I said, "Yes, I'd like my antenna put back on." It had come off in a car wash. Upon completion of the oil & tire work, Joanne told me that the antenna had broken off, they could not re-affix it, and the whole assembly need replacing.....to the tune of, $441.00! I was floored. I told her that when I picked up my new car, 11 months earlier, it had no antenna. It took 3 different Nissan employees to try to get it to stay put....they finally did. I believed that the antenna was broken from the get-go! Joanne then suggested that I speak with the Gen. Mgr, Sayid, which I did. He listened and then investigated. He then asked if I minded waiting until monday or tuesday morning, the latest. He was going to contact Nissan to request a 'good will' servicing. I got a call from Joanne at 8:25 AM monday morning informing me that her manager, Jim Islami, received the OK to allow my antenna assembly to be fixed GRATIS! I was floored. I have never dealt with a dealership service depatmnet that is so nice, knowledgable, and efficient. They get things done! Colonial Nissan is my auto servicer of choice. They also service almost every other car, as well! More

My wife was having problems with her Hyundai Elantra. Jim assured us that they would be able to help even though they were a Nissan dealer. He was very courteous and friendly. I have patronized automobile service departments and service stations since I purchased my first vehicle in 1964. I purchased my first Nissan product, a 2005 Altima SE,in 2005,from Kelly Nissan in Lynnf service stations since I purchased my first vehicle in 1964. I purchased my first Nissan product, a 2005 Altima SE,in 2005,from Kelly Nissan in Lynnfield, MA and I next purchased a 2008 Nissan Maxima SL from Ira Nissan in Woburn, MA. My Altima was serviced at Kelly, Ira and the Marlboro, MA dealership's service departments. Not pleased with any of the three. However, the Service Department of Colonial Nissan of Medford, MA is "EXCELLENT". It is the finest service department I have dealt with since "1968". Professional, courteous, dedicated, high quality work sustained, and communication are just a few of the attributes associated with Colonial Nissan of Medford, MA. Service Manager, Mr. Jim Islami, and his service rep's Mr. Borofsky, and Ms. Sasso are a true credit to the Nissan Corp. I would hope Nissan would recognize all three individuals with their GOLD Award, and provide them with a monetary award representative of their distinguished service to their customers. If it were not for this service department, I would not have purchased my 2009 Maxima SV. This service department is the best I have dealt with in over 42 years. V/r Thomas C. Healey More
