During the past 3 years she has made it to so very easy to schedule service, resolve any issues or questions I may have had. Joanne is committed to provide you with exceptional customer service. Then there is Jim Islami (manager). He has always been there to make sure you are satisfied with the service provided by his team. If you have a question or need assistance he jumps right in to help you. I have nothing but KUDOS for everyone at Colonnial Nissan. The Colonial Nissan of Medford, MA Service Department is the finest service department I have encountered in over 45 years of driving. During that time I have owned twenty three (23) vehicles and this servi the finest service department I have encountered in over 45 years of driving. During that time I have owned twenty three (23) vehicles and this service department harkens back to the days of quality service as opposed to today's service departments, which do not genuinely care about the customer. I can state unequivocally for the record that Mr. Islami and his service department personnel are superb. Every time I have my vehicle serviced I am confident that the job will be done "correctly, the first time". I alspo appreciate the open dialgogue they provide if I have a question.which is unsurpassed by any other dealership. Over the course of the last two years on two (2) occasions I have thought of purchasing a vehicle from a different manufacturer. But, I recognize that it took me many a year to find a service department of this caliber and each time I relent as my number one priority is having the vehicle serviced properly. I state for the record, Mr. Islami and his service department is the finest in the New England area. Due to Mr. Islami and his staff three (3) friends have purchased vehicles at Colonial Nissan of Medford and two others, who did not have confidence in their dealerships, have their maintenance services performed at Colonial Nissan of Medford. Normally, I do NOT recommend companies to others. However, in this case, I do and each of my friends and associates who have their vehicles serviced there are completely satisfied. There is no finer Nissan motor vehicle service department in this state. More

All I wanted was a part for a Sentra S for one of my customers. I went to the parts dept and got nothing but a bad attitude from a guy with a gotee. He condescending and just down right rude. I run a auto shop and in the past told customers to go there in order to get parts that I can not get. That will not be happening in the future. It makes me look bad sending a customer there and risk them be treated like this. More
I recently purchased a 2011 Nissan Juke through Colonial Nissan. It's been quite some time since I've purchased a new vehicle and have had many questions about it's driving style, etc. I've also had to br Nissan. It's been quite some time since I've purchased a new vehicle and have had many questions about it's driving style, etc. I've also had to bring it in for a service engine light and paint defects on the interior. Each and everytime I've been in, it's been a wonderful experience. I've never been made to feel silly about my questions and when actual service was necessary my car has been in and out of there in no time flat. I'm always offered a ride to/from work and always, always greeted with a smile. It's never fun to be without my car, but the service group at Colonial make it as pleasant of an expereince as it can be! I recommend this dealership to everyone! More

I bought my 2010 Sentra from Colonial Nissan in medford. I recently decided to use their mailed offer of oil change & tire rotation. When I checked in, Joanne, Service Rep. par excellance, asked if there w I recently decided to use their mailed offer of oil change & tire rotation. When I checked in, Joanne, Service Rep. par excellance, asked if there was any other work I'd like done that day. I said, "Yes, I'd like my antenna put back on." It had come off in a car wash. Upon completion of the oil & tire work, Joanne told me that the antenna had broken off, they could not re-affix it, and the whole assembly need replacing.....to the tune of, $441.00! I was floored. I told her that when I picked up my new car, 11 months earlier, it had no antenna. It took 3 different Nissan employees to try to get it to stay put....they finally did. I believed that the antenna was broken from the get-go! Joanne then suggested that I speak with the Gen. Mgr, Sayid, which I did. He listened and then investigated. He then asked if I minded waiting until monday or tuesday morning, the latest. He was going to contact Nissan to request a 'good will' servicing. I got a call from Joanne at 8:25 AM monday morning informing me that her manager, Jim Islami, received the OK to allow my antenna assembly to be fixed GRATIS! I was floored. I have never dealt with a dealership service depatmnet that is so nice, knowledgable, and efficient. They get things done! Colonial Nissan is my auto servicer of choice. They also service almost every other car, as well! More
