I appreciate the tech’s discovery, but was there for 4hrs. My car was waiting for one hour out of those 4 parked outside. When I walked over to the rep at 3rd hr and 15min, they told me they were comple 4hrs. My car was waiting for one hour out of those 4 parked outside. When I walked over to the rep at 3rd hr and 15min, they told me they were completing my paper work. I mentioned to the rep on the 1st hr and a half that my car is under the Nissan plus warranty and please check and they forgot. I had to remind them while heading to the cashier and they turned around to adjust the total. In my previous experience the rep team would automatically apply any promotions, but again I had to mention the promo and actually show them that I wasn’t lying. They were a little frustrated when I mentioned the promo they huffed and walked back to their station to adjust the total. When they came back they made me seem as though I was inconvenience and if I had any questions before proceeding for the cashier to payout. My experience this time around was not impressive and I will be going to another Nissan dealership for service or maybe even go to a mom and pop shop because I did not feel the customer satisfaction nor appreciated. The seemed all about money money money and that’s the truth. I did already provide this information from the Nissan email I received a week ago. More
