I came to Colonial for service on my older Nissan as another local dealership who had previously serviced the vehicle did not service it correctly (12 volt battery replacement). Laura and Alex explained another local dealership who had previously serviced the vehicle did not service it correctly (12 volt battery replacement). Laura and Alex explained the situation clearly along with timing and costs. They met the expectations and kept me informed. Upon request, they submitted the warranty claim directly to Nissan so I didn't have to pay twice for service that was previously performed elsewhere.
