My problem was solved eventually, but I had to come 3 times to the service center for that. In addition, the battery of the new key is low, although the old one had a new battery. Good service, but overcharged for labor. Engine light came on. The diagnostic found a faulty oxygen sensor, where apparently the wires were chewed on by a rodent. They replaced the sensor Engine light came on. The diagnostic found a faulty oxygen sensor, where apparently the wires were chewed on by a rodent. They replaced the sensor, charging me for a full 2 hours of labor ($340). I have done some engine repairs in the past, here's the actual breakdown: 1) plug in the computer to get the error code = 10 minutes max, 2) replace the oxygen sensor = 20 minutes max (it is totally exposed, not a tricky replacement), 3) plug in the computer to confirm the error code is gone = 10 minutes max. About 30 minutes of labor, maybe 40. But they charged me for 120 minutes. Now, they did look at 2 factory recalls (as far as I can tell just glanced at the rear-camera wiring and made sure the steering wheel wasn't off center), and also did a 'complimentary' multi-point inspection, and perhaps all that together took another 20 minutes. So then, I'm guessing they added all that together, with the actual repair, and perhaps it took 1 hour and 5 minutes, so they rounded up to 2 hours of labor. However, I'm not supposed to be paying them for the factory recalls or the multi-point inspection. So, regarding pay, they doubled the labor charge (at least), should have been $170 max. Price = 1 star. However, besides that, the service was good. Laura at the service desk was professional and quick (and nice). They have a complimentary shuttle service anywhere within 8 miles, to take you some where after you drop off. And they got the car back to me in 1 day. Service = 5 stars. Combined rating (1 + 5)/2 = 3 stars More
