The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. I have been here a few times for service. This time, I went in for an oil change and to check a rattling noise coming from the front wheels when goin I have been here a few times for service. This time, I went in for an oil change and to check a rattling noise coming from the front wheels when going over bumps and potholes. I paid $185 for them to diagnose the issue, and they told me that the front axle needed to be replaced, which would cost close to $3,000. I told the representative that the axle had been replaced at the same dealership about a year ago. She looked it up in the system and said, "Yes, you’re right — but it needs to be replaced again." That made me think they probably didn’t do a good job the first time, because a front axle should not need to be replaced that frequently, especially a car that has been driven very low amount of miles. I have lost trust on this dealership. More

My 2 daughters went to Colonial Nissan service with a 2017 Rogue whose transmission made the check engine light come on while travelling through Boston. Joe and his team in service diagnosed the issue and gave them an honest assessment of the issue and instructions of how to get back to CT safely so the car could be repaired locally. No xx, treated my daughters as his own. You do not find that at very many businesses today, let alone a car dealership! Thank you Joe and Colonial Nissan. May be buying a new ride from you soon. More
