I dealt with Serge who was super friendly when we first came in.The manager came over to introduce himself to me because I purchased a car there 10 years ago. I did not have perfect credit (550) But not terrible credit either. I had been establishing new credit since my divorce. Serge came back and said I needed proof of a discharge which I later had faxed to him. I went back into the dealership to get a copy of the letter that was faxed which he had sitting on his desk. Serge was with another customer and never discussed or submitted the letter to the finance manager. He just blew me off me. I was lead to believe if I got the letter Financing would be know problem. I left the dealership thinking Serge would follow up with me later. But he never did. Because I was treated poorly I purchased a Murano at a different dealership that treated me with respect and got a 8% rate. So serge missed out on that commission. More
