I had an unfortunate experience whereby I picked up my vehicle from on oil change and found an unreported issue that was not present prior to drop off - the screen malfunctioned and was frozen. I was told the dealer had no responsibility and that it was on my dime for them to diagnose the problem and fix it (over $1500). Fun times. More

My family has been coming to the dealership since they beginning. Jeremy has always been there to help. He has been nothing but a rock for me when my Mazda Tribute has broken down and has had multiple pro beginning. Jeremy has always been there to help. I’m just so lucky and pleased to get to know Adam Dean. Yes, he is a car salesman,. Yes, he works at Danbury Colonial Mazda. But ... I just happened to run into him as I was looking to trade in my Mazda CX Yes, he is a car salesman,. Yes, he works at Danbury Colonial Mazda. But ... I just happened to run into him as I was looking to trade in my Mazda CX-9 and replace it with a bit smaller, more practical vehicle for my wife and I and our car needs at the time. I was so pleased with my CX-9 I definitely wanted to stay with Mazda. While I live in Katonah New York, I had started to get my car serviced at Colonial Mazda. There, I got to know and trust Terry Adams in their Service Department. He was the man who in turn introduced me to Adam, who from the get-go turned out to be a truly professional, helpful, kind and trustworthy — an extremely likeable man to deal with. He’s one of a kind! The rest is history, a very pleasant one I might add. Eventually I got into my current car, CX-5, I continue to drive it, continue to be happy with my choice of a car. No, I LOOOVE it!! And I love seeing Adam’s always smiling face when I visit Colonial Mazda. More

We originally went into Colonia Mazda for servicing. Then went into the showroom to just investigate a new CX-5. That’s when we met Adam. What a great guy. A pleasure to deal with him. Service dept needs serious looking at Bought my car hassle free went to service dept with questions and asked if they could help me ,my car speedometer was reading 30 mph over what I was d Bought my car hassle free went to service dept with questions and asked if they could help me ,my car speedometer was reading 30 mph over what I was doing ( at time car had less than 1000,miles on it went in and service guy attending the front desk said he couldn’t do anything without a schedule appt kinda rudely,this is a brand new car and my first time visiting service dept now I’m a bit scared of once you buy your car we don’t care attitude,thankfully there was a gentleman sitting in a chair that heard the conversation and said I think I know what’s wrong and helped me with an easy solution (was my bad had speedometer set on metric)now I know , but still very disappointed in person attending the front desk ,is this the way all my service is going to go,please don’t make me regret buying a Mazda ,salesman was great , but you might want to consider a service manager that has some compassion More
over and above service I leased my Mazda from a dealership in St Louis and had trouble using the navigation after I relocated to Bethel on these winding roads. Adam Dean went out of his way to troubleshoot for me and educating me on many of the options I did not know how to use. I would totally recommend Adam and this dealership. When my lease is up, I will be calling Adam. More
