***WARNING*** NO SUCH THING AS FREE OIL CHANGE The sales team was super nice as they should. My problem was with the service department, they did NOT honor the complementary oil change program I sign sales team was super nice as they should. They wanted to charge me $244.95 for the maintaince, and $99.00 for just the oil change. RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I had an unfortunate experience whereby I picked up my vehicle from on oil change and found an unreported issue that was not present prior to drop off - the screen malfunctioned and was frozen. I was told the dealer had no responsibility and that it was on my dime for them to diagnose the problem and fix it (over $1500). Fun times. More
