Great service We had a great experience buying our 2016 Mazda CX-5 from Michael Good last year. Colonial has serviced the vehicle several times since purchased. Somtimes good, Sometimes horrible About nine months ago, I inquired on the cost of having a set of driving lights installed and was brushed off. Three months later, when I was in for r About nine months ago, I inquired on the cost of having a set of driving lights installed and was brushed off. Three months later, when I was in for routine service, I again inquired and received no answer. On July 29th of this year, my rear bumper was creased in a parking lot. I got an estimate from Colonial Collision the same day and payment was made by the other party involved the very next afternoon. I was told at that time that, as soon as the check cleared, they would order the parts and call me. To make a long story short, they have never called me when they said they would, I would have to wait a few more days and call them. I took three weeks and then they said, "well the check should have cleared by now and we will call you when the parts are in." No call. I called and got scheduled in, but when I got there, they had "forgotten" to paint the parts. I got in the following week only to have the bumper installed several shades lighter than the rest of the car. Now, they say they need the car for an entire day, with no mention of alternate transportation. I am now thinking I should just eat that paint job and trade elsewhere. More
