I've been going here for years to have basic service and repairs done, and I won't ever come back now. I was told the repairs needed to pass inspection would take "a couple of hours." I had an 8:30 am appointment; I didn't leave the dealership until after 1:00 pm. No one checked in/gave me updates the entire time I was there. No employees held any guests accountable for not wearing masks properly in the dealership. Some of the employees themselves think it's okay to wear their masks under their chins. No one cares. Finally, I found it especially frustrating to experience one of Colonial's employees stand outside and watch another employee talk to a customer after he told me he'd run inside to see if my keys were dropped off (after he told me I could pick my car up from the detail bay, which I could not do as it had already departed the detail bay and been parked in the front, doors locked). "I'll go inside and check for you" meant "I'm going to stand here and watch the only other employee in the service department talk to this other customer until you, someone who has spent nearly five hours here today, get annoyed enough to go walk back in yourself to see if someone else will help you. But I will run in at that moment so as to appear like I am interested in helping you." Oh, and nearly $500 later, my car still sounds like if a small sedan was grinding its teeth in its sleep. As I said, I've been coming here for years. I've had plenty of good experiences and worked with people who were friendly. I've also noticed in that time that not a single employee has lasted more than a year or two. This has felt evident sometimes and certainly did the last time I was there. I also don't know the names of anyone I worked with except for Bryan, a week prior. He was nice and I don't have anything negative to say about him. More

No repairs were done and now the problem is worse. Don’t if the car will make it back for repairs... just frustrated. Came in for a state inspection and oil change. Had a few questions and Brian was great and came out to my car so I could point a couple of things out. Donna is awesome! She informs you of everything they're going to do, gives frequent updates, via text, and explains everything that was done. She's the best. With COVID-19 and the distancing that needs to take place, I'm not sure why everyone had to cram into one waiting area and the other TV area was roped off with the TV on, and you couldn't access it. Every time I get service here, I am told how “unsafe” my vehicle is because I do not get the expensive recommendations or need an inspection which I opt to do at a different provider. I should not be berated as if my vehicle which is safe is not being serviced there or as the woman, Donna , put it “illegal to be on the road and unsafe” which it is not. This most recent time was just after the lockdown which Penndot extended and gave permission for any vehicle to be expired due to everything being locked down. I do not appreciate the condescending attitude and then pressured into further service not required to pass inspection or emissions. I did appreciate the new valet service provided since the Covid , I am not going anywhere risking my employment exposing myself and family going anywhere nit work or medical. More
It’s my first time at this dealership. I decided to have my ‘18 Hyundai Tucson inspected there as it’s down the street from my new home. I’m glad I went there. Though I had little interaction with anyone, the interaction I did have was pleasantly and friendly. When I called to make an appointment, they offered the ever convenience of dropping my vehicle off the night before for the inspection to take place the next day. I unfortunately left my motorcycles insurance card instead of my Tucson’s. Bryan called me (I don’t answer numbers I don’t know) so he then texted me. I liked that as it’s more convenient to text while I’m busy at work. He told me the issue with the card but was easily able to resolve it with a screenshot of my vehicle’s insurance card opposed to having to take the physical card there. I also like that their cashier is open until 7:30pm. Once there, checking out was simple and quick. It’s also important to note that everyone was wearing masks (properly). Marco serviced my vehicle. When I got in my vehicle, it was wiped down and cleaned in all touch point areas and more, as they stated they would. I also received automated text reminder for my appointment and what service will be performed. I am pleased with my experience and will come back in the future. Maybe for a new vehicle in the future.
