Hello there and thank you for your feedback, without it, we can't improve, so we do appreciate it. First off, I apologize for any inconveniences, we certainly want to exceed expectations and see that we fell short. I understand there are some frustrations and assure you that we will work on providing a better experience. Respectfully, in response to your review I'd like o provide some clarity to your review as I was very involved in your repair process over the past two weeks. Upon greeting you on Saturday, I introduced myself as well as Jason, the Service Advisor that was on with myself. At that time, we conversed about the repair duration and I was very clear this was not a quick job. Additionally, you were scheduled to drop off the car for the repair, but you didn't have a ride back to Exton, therefore, you had to wait. I did offer to find you a ride, which you declined. If that wasn't clear, I am sorry for that, but again, I recall the conversation vividly. Unfortunately, your repair was not a quick one and we also had to wait for an available technician since you made the decision to wait. I wish we could have done better, but unfortunately, we weren't prepared to make this suspension repair as a waiting situation. As far as a noise concern, I'd like to get the car back in and check the noise at no additional charge. As far as my records indicate, the car was in for a failed strut, which we noticed when we completed your PA safety inspection at the last visit, which was the prior Saturday. We were never made aware of a noise from your car, so I am not sure where the comment of "still a noise" is coming from, we never claimed to diagnose a noise, but we would love to help. Again, thank you for your feedback and I'd be happy to help pursue any other repairs the car may need. We will be reaching out to you today to see if we can schedule a diagnosis visit. In your case, based on your feedback, it seems that we needed to maybe make the suggestions more transparent since you were not here with your vehicle. Typically, when clients are with the car at the service visit, here at the dealership, we have a chance to show them what's needed/suggested. In that case, it's easier to make confident decisions. We additionally have software that will allow us to send you images of the suggestions. I can also check into that to confirm that we in fact recorded images of the suggestions once we speak.
