Very professional, efficient, friendly Relatively new to using Colonial service dept. (had new vehicle since Jan). As with the dealership, the service staff is extremely friendly. Not at all happy with Colonial. For over a year I complained about my car using oil. They put me on an oil consumption test which honestly I did not complete. I felt like I was being jerked around. T complained about my car using oil. They put me on an oil consumption test which honestly I did not complete. I felt like I was being jerked around. Then I got a trade in offer from Jim Ashdale that peaked my interest. I called and left a message twice trying to get an appointment. No one returned my calls. Fed up I went down the street to the Toyota dealer and bought a new car. I will not recommend Colonial to anyone. More
