Disappointed this time Basically went for lube and oil change. While there Elias said I needed an alignment asap although he had done one just about 3000 miles previously. When presented with that information, Elias changed his mind about the tire wear which he then said was now minimal. This did shake my confidence in the ability/honesty of Elias who represents the service department. Other than this incident, I have been pleased with Colonial Hyundai. More

I absolutely love my certified pre-owned 2017 Hyundai Elantra and couldn’t be happier with my vehicle choice and the service I received in the car buying process. I had the pleasure of working with Clint Rupert and George Clark throughout the process who both provided phenomenal service. They both made sure I got into the car I wanted and took care of me like I was family. They both earned 5 out of 5 stars in my book and I look forward to working with them again in the future. Unfortunately, there was a much bigger event going on at the desk behind him. In front of everyone in the Service Department, employees and customers, the Service Department Manager was holding a disciplinary meeting with one of the mechanics. The Manager was yelling at him in and putting on quite a show. The other employees were embarrassed. The customers were uncomfortable. It was totally unnecessary because the manager's office was about 25 steps away, where this meeting could have been done privately. But more importantly, I was shocked that Colonial Hyundai would hire someone with such poor management skills. The Manager berated this employee. He was condescending, sarcastic and rude. I give that mechanic a lot of credit. He never raised his voice. He was professional (or paralyzed with embarrassment). Anyone else might have entered into an argument with him or walked out. The manager could use some professional and sensitivity training. Employees don't seem as happy as they used to at Colonial Hyundai. I can see why. More
