There was no high pressure, he asked a few questions to pick the best vehicle that would suit my needs. Showed me what was on the lot and explained options fully. Mike made me feel very comfortable while trying to find a new vehicle. More

A truly remarkable car buying experience Let me start off by saying that I am a recent college graduate from Temple University who has been living in the city for the past 5 years with no veh Let me start off by saying that I am a recent college graduate from Temple University who has been living in the city for the past 5 years with no vehicle. When I was in highschool, I had gone through 2 cars. One which was a thousand dollars off of craigslist and one that was a nice used $5,000 Toyota Camry. Unfortunately both of them did not last long and soon I was to be without a car for 5 years. Something interesting happened in those 5 years.. I became a car guy. I guess not having my own motor vehicle really got me into them and I knew that once I graduated and found a job that a car was going to be my first purchase. So after graduating I immediately started my full time position, and after a couple weeks of working there and commuting via the train and a shuttle from the train stations I knew it was time to start thinking about a car. So one day on the way home from work I called Colonial Hyundai. The phone was answered by a woman named Tammy who was very kind and helpful and wanted to know what she could help me with. I told her that I needed them to find a specific car for me, and that I was not willing to compromise on what I wanted in any way. She understood and took down my information and we set up an appointment. The next week I went to the dealership with my Father and met with Tammy and was told I would be meeting with Katie, the resident Genesis expert. From the moment I met with Katie and sat down with her, I knew she was special. I described to her exactly what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay. She took all of the details and managed to find a pristine example of what has become more or less my “dream car”. I was ecstatic. We began to go through all the details including the CarFax and everything just looked and felt right. From that moment, I knew that I was in good hands. She helped me every step of the way and made me feel confident in my decision and I didn’t feel anxious or worried about the process either. She helped me with the down payment and worked with me so that I could have the car and still be finishing the down payment which to me, was such an incredible help. So after that day, the dealership went ahead and purchased the vehicle and later in the week it was delivered. This is where Katie truly started to go above and beyond. Not only did she keep me up to date about when the car was arriving, but she kept me up to date with the maintenance that they were performing on the vehicle everyday including pictures. She made me feel like I was a part of the process and that I wasn’t just going to find out about the car when it was ready. Every step of the way she just continued to surprise and go above and beyond the call of duty. When the day finally arrived to go pick up my baby, I was surprised by having my car parked out front with balloons and a ribbon waiting for me to arrive. I was truly beyond excited at that point. I genuinely could not thank her enough that day for all she had done. We went for a test drive, and even if I didn’t I was already sold on the car; I loved it. After that the whole process of financing was incredible and not at all how I thought it would work. I never felt like I was being tricked or being sold something I didn’t need. At the end of the day, I come from a customer service background. I pride myself on giving exceptional customer service no matter what, and I’ve never been on the receiving end of my level of customer service. After my experience with Colonial and with Katie, not only was I finally on the receiving end of incredible customer service, it was most likely the best customer service I’ve ever received or seen. The level of detail and care that I saw in everything that she did was amazing, and you can tell from just a quick conversation with her how much she truly loves her job and helping people find a car just right for them. I cannot thank her enough. So if you’re looking for a vehicle, or you are looking for an exceptional customer service experience you can’t get any better with Katie and Colonial Hyundai. More

Thank you! I was in a pinch, my wife's car died and we had one day to get a new one. We leased a car from Colonial last year and I love the value you get with Hy I was in a pinch, my wife's car died and we had one day to get a new one. We leased a car from Colonial last year and I love the value you get with Hyundai. My wife wanted to stay with an SUV so we did some research and stopped by. We were greeted by Lou who could not have been more friendly and helpful. After some negotiation we agreed on a price which was fair for my wife and I and I feel was fair for Colonial. I was also greeted by a former co-worker Vinnie who I sold cars with at another dealership. Working with these two men was a pleasure, they were professional and knowledgeable about the products. If this is the type of people Colonial are hiring, the future is very bright there. If I ever wanted to get back into the car business Colonial is where I would want to work. I will be back for my next vehicle and will send all my friends and co-workers there to see Lou and Vinnie. More
