It was a great experience. Josh was very attentive and wanted to work with me. It was worth the distance to travel from Riverside to Dartmouth. Having been a Honda owner for many years, I felt comfortable with the vehicle, but Sean took the time to explain all the details anyway, making sure I was completely comfortable with my new Accord w comfortable with the vehicle, but Sean took the time to explain all the details anyway, making sure I was completely comfortable with my new Accord when I left. Both he and George made the process of actually purchasing the vehicle simple, straightforward and no pressure at all. They both went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied both with the car I had chosen as well as the price. In addition Ben handled the paperwork dealing with the financing and was both knowledgeable and courteous. It was due to his recommendation that I had the GlassCoat applied to the exterior of the vehicle before leaving the premises the evening I picked up the car. Everyone I dealt with at Colonial impressed me with their sincerity, helpfulness and familiarity with the automobiles and I will return to the dealership in Dartmouth for service and will certainly come back when its time for my next Honda. More

Earlier this month I went to Colonial Honda for routine service on my 2001 Accord. While I was waiting, Mitchell came over and talked with me about Honda cars in general and I told him of my interest in t service on my 2001 Accord. While I was waiting, Mitchell came over and talked with me about Honda cars in general and I told him of my interest in the Insight. He went and got one which we test drove - it's a really nice hybrid. There was no pressure to buy a car that day or any other. I asked him to call me if any good deals came up on the 2010 cars. Two weeks or so he called. I live on Martha's Vineyard and we were able to work out the whole deal, including accessories and financing, over the phone. Within a few days I went to Colonial Honda, finished up the paperwork, and drove away with my beautiful 2010 Honda Insight! I'm a happy customer. More

I've purchased several cars in my lifetime and the experience I had at Colonial Honda was hands down the best I've ever had. I know all about spending hours of wasted time at other dealerships to end experience I had at Colonial Honda was hands down the best I've ever had. I know all about spending hours of wasted time at other dealerships to end up leaving empty handed and aggravated. It actually took longer to find my new car on the lot than it did to negotiate a price. George, their salesman, was a pleasure to deal with from the first second I met him until the moment he handed me my new keys. As far as the sales manager Brian, he could not have made the whole process any easier. Absolutely hassle-free. I thought I would never return to Honda in Dartmouth after my last experience with Barry's. I thought I would give it a try since it was under a new ownership. I filled out a form on line at Honda and after my last experience with Barry's. I thought I would give it a try since it was under a new ownership. I filled out a form on line at Honda and received an email from Sean. I stopped in on the weekend and met Sean. He was very pleasant, going above and beyond my expectations to make me happy. The salesman, George, a total gentleman and very professional, a great asset to Colonial Honda. Brian then stepped in and put all my anxiety about purchasing a new car at ease, extremely helpful. Mark, well he worked so hard to get me the financing that I felt comfortable with and I applaud him for that, it was not at all an easy task for him, he worked tirelessly. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I felt confident, should I have any problems in the future, they will still handle it with the kindness and professionalism as they did during the buying process. We just brought home our fourth Honda tonight. We love the Hondas and have been so happy with them. The people at Colonial Honda were great. They were so customer focused that they stayed open late just to make sure we could bring home our vehical tonight. They made the experience much less stressful for us. If you want to buy from a dealership that has integrity, is honest, actually does what they say they are going to do, works hard and appreciates your business, stop your shopping right now and buy at Coloni is honest, actually does what they say they are going to do, works hard and appreciates your business, stop your shopping right now and buy at Colonial Honda. After learning a horrible lesson by purchasing a used vehicle from Empire in Plymouth only to find out it did not have a title to it, luckily getting out of that deal, I needless to say did extensive research after that nightmare online and in magazines to find out what I wanted and what a good price and a great price was for the CRV. I then went to Boch, Silko, Prime, Weymouth Honda and finally Colonial. Colonial actually honored their online quote and beat the quote because Boch said they'd match it. All the other dealers just used that online quote to get you in the door and then added all kinds of extras on to the quote. You won't find any high-pressure sterotypical cars salesmen here, they are honest, hard working individuals who want to be the best dealership in New England. I ended up leasing a beautiful CRV through my business and Mr. Chun was very patient in dealing with the DMV on six different occassions because I did not have the exact paperwork the DMV was looking for for my business, then I finally did, and the IRS had my business name spelled differently than the State of Massachusetts and it got kicked-back again. Long story short, a tad frustrating, but Chun kept me grounded, tried to keep humor in the situation, and ultimately registered my vehicle for me after six trys. This dealership is a breath of fresh air. I wish them the best and hope that they reach their goal of Number One Honda Dealer in New England. Even though they are a hike for me from Halifax to Dartmouth, I will go back there after my lease is up in three years. Keep the integrity and honesty in the mix and you will be number one. That is what people are dyring for in this industry. More
