The service was, as always, just fine. However, I am very upset and angry that the part my 2016 Explorer needs to correct the steering issue is on "national backorder". My Ford Fusion broke down as I left my driveway. I had it towed to Colonial. Unfortunately, it was extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone at the service department. I eventually left a message with Anthony. Interestingly, I received a text providing a link on how I could track my vehicles service. Anthony called shortly after I received the text and told me he could get my car in and should have it ready that day! He called back in a couple hours to tell me my car was ready to go. He also thoroughly reviewed other maintenance items my car would need. Anthony it terrific! More
