I’m very pleased with the dealership and service. However I was called in for a recall but they didn’t have the part for the recall when I went in. Usually good service, but the last two appts took too long and the leaking coolant problem was not resolved the 1st appt. as my driveway was puddled with coolant when I took my F150 home after it was sup long and the leaking coolant problem was not resolved the 1st appt. as my driveway was puddled with coolant when I took my F150 home after it was supposedly fixed. (They replaced a coolant reservoir that wasn't leaking) and charged almost $700 for the change. I brought the F150 back and they changed a small hose, 2 hrs and 45 minutes later when it was done I voiced my displeasure about the unnecessary charge for the reservoir and the sales manager said they would issue a refund check for $345. I have not received it yet, still waiting. Not rating anybody til I see what happens. More
